Ashley & Luke had an elegant fall wedding day at The Highlands in Valley Center, Kansas. Their stunning details of blush and green complimented the white barn perfectly. Their bouquets and floral pieces were absolutely gorgeous and had so much thought put into them. Every detail was intentional of, including: first looks with everyone close, time to soak it in, and a moment to read private vows to each other. We always love when couple’s take some time out of the busy day to focus on the beautiful beginning to their marriage. Ashley had a first look with her dad, grandma, and Luke. Each first look was full of joy and happy tears– you could literally feel the excitement.
Their elegant fall wedding had Kansas showing off it’s best weather, which was perfect and allowed us to explore the beautiful Highlands property for their portraits. We took some time to have some fun moments with their bridal party so they could feel all the love. Their ceremony was packed with an incredible amount of people who were so thrilled to celebrate them. A cross stood in the corner of the room and their faith was a focal piece of their day. The reception was a dream with so many sweet toasts, first dances, and a party that kept going! They danced the night away and left with a vintage car. It was such an honor to be apart of all of their moments and intentional details.
